What insurance do you take?

We accept the following insurance: ANH, Aetna, Anthem, Buckeye, BWC, Care Source, Signa, Coventry, Gateway, Humana, MedMutual, Medigold, Molina, Paramount, and Tricare.

What type of therapy do you offer?

We offer physical, occupational and speech therapies. We also offer Vital Stim therapy.

How many private rooms are available?

4

What are the staffing ratios?

Our facility averages a 1 to 11 ratio for each STNA. We staff one nurse per shift as well as MDS nurses and a Director of Nursing for 8 hours per day.

Is food delicious?

Yes. Our dietary staff prepares daily menu items as well as an alternative menu and an always available menu for residents to choose from.

Do you have a separate dementia unit and Music and Memory programs?

We do not have a separate dementia unit. We do have Music and Memory programs.

What activities do you offer?

Local high school entertainment, seasonal outings, games, cooking class, trivia, bingo, community events at the facility, holiday celebrations, religious services.

Can my loved one receive mail?

Mail is delivered to residents personally on a daily basis.

You can choose from a variety of postcards to fill out and mail to your loved one for a small fee or you may type a message and through email, send us your email greeting that we will hand deliver to your loved one residing in our facility.
